Easter Egg Hunt

On Thursday pupils at The Observatory all enjoyed our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Mr Wood hid 100 ping pong balls for each class to find each with a number 1-100. One lucky number won the 'golden egg', the number was a secret and was revealed at the end of the hunt.

Pupils hunted high and low in a bid to find all of the numbers. They did an amazing job and worked well as a team to earn their class some delicious Easter Eggs!

Earlier in the week Mr McSorely gave an egg-cellent assembly on the meaning of Easter. He talked to the school about customs and traditions and why Easter is held on a different date each year.
